The staff who will support you both on and off the field is made up of outstanding professionals:
- Soccer Legends – Supervisors: a true Legend, an internationally renowned former player or coach who works alongside the staff and shares their experience, values, and passion for sport with the young participants
- AC Milan Technical Director: a coach from the AC Milan Youth Sector or the AC Milan Academy
- Manager and Technical Staff: a team of qualified coaches who take care of the players, both on and off the field, throughout the entire day

The AC Milan Academy Camp will take place in the stunning setting of the “Bella Italia EFA Village” sports and vacation Resort.
A unique location that spans 60 hectares (about 148 acres) of pine forest with 1,200 m (about 0.75 miles) of private beach. The Resort features 13 accommodation units with a total capacity of 2,800 people, offering exceptional spaces and services.

The Location: Discover Lignano Sabbiadoro (Adriatic Coast - Venice Area)
The Adriatic resort town of Lignano is about 60 km (about 37 miles) from Udine and halfway between Venice and Trieste (around 90 km (about 56 miles) from each). Lignano Sabbiadoro is located between the Marano Lagoon, the left bank of the Tagliamento River, and the Adriatic Sea. It is famous for its golden sand, which gives the town its name. Lignano is a resort with leisure boating facilities among the most developed in Europe, with approximately 5,000 berths and 8 docks. It has a coastline and a beach divided into three zones (Sabbiadoro, Pineta, and Riviera) which extend for about 8 km (about 5 miles), with well-equipped beach facilities and plenty of services. Tourist numbers are very high, with approximately 4,000,000 visitors each year, from many countries.
Lignano Sabbiadoro is the most important tourist destination in Friuli Venezia Giulia; a whole peninsula that lies between the Adriatic Sea, the Tagliamento River and the Marano Lagoon.
Exposed to the southeast – and therefore kissed by the sun all year round – it is one of the loveliest and liveliest seaside resorts on the Adriatic.
The jewel in the crown of Lignano is its 5 miles (8 km) of sandy beach to enjoy. The color of the sand is so lovely, warm and genuine that it is part of the town’s name: Sabbiadoro (Golden Sands).
The surrounding sea is clean and shallow, ideal for a family vacation with kids. Just a short distance from the shore the azure waters allow you to experience the sea in every way possible.
For years the resort has constantly been awarded the European Blue Flag, a standard that only a few beaches in Italy have, which denotes the attention to care and cleanliness not only of the resort’s waters but also of the whole tourism system.
The peninsula on which Lignano is located is a green space, one of the largest pine forests in Northern Italy. Its beauty even delighted Ernest Hemingway who stayed there for some time and baptized it “the Italian Florida”.
Other unique gems are the Marano Lagoon and the Stella River, both of which can be sailed and from which you reach ancient fishing hamlets, the Casoni (fishermen’s huts), the Mouth of the Stella Regional Nature Reserve and the Canal Novo Nature Reserve of the Marano Lagoon.
The Tagliamento River is another splendid natural resource that can be sailed, to see the tree-lined banks, to the town of Latisana.

Lignano is a real paradise for yachting and is one of the most popular in the Mediterranean, renowned for its modern, well-equipped tourist ports.
There is no sport that you can’t enjoy in Lignano: golf, tennis, cycling, beach volleyball, swimming, paragliding, judo, basketball and athletics. Lignano is also truly unique for the quality and quantity of the entertainment on offer – no other resort has 6 theme parks: Parco Zoo with around 1500 animals of 250 different species; Aquasplash Italy’s first water theme park and still one of the best equipped in Europe; and Gulliverlandia, an amusement park with an aquarium and a tunnel that you can travel through, surrounded by sharks, rays and moray eels, with surprising shows and exciting entertainment.
There is also the Luna Park funfair and two parks especially for young children: Parco Junior and the reign of inflatable games – I Gommosi.
By day there is sun, sea and nature while by night you’ll be spoiled for choice: a delicious aperitif, a seafood dinner in a typical restaurant or the delights of Friuli’s cuisine, accompanied by the best regional wines. Then take a fun stroll in the pedestrian center, an El Dorado of Italian-style shopping, with exciting, elegant shop windows.

Although he was the youngest child at the entire summer camp (the only one born in 2019), and I sometimes feared he might feel a bit intimidated by the age and physicality of other very skilled boys, I believe the experience was extremely formative for him. He stepped out of his usual comfort zone — he trains once a week with the Tottenham Hotspur Development Program, in addition to practicing swimming, kickboxing, and gymnastics along with other educational and extracurricular activities — and despite the heat, I am convinced that this was an important milestone in his growth.
For us parents, it was also a valuable opportunity to meet wonderful people, including your staff. We would definitely love to repeat this experience in the future…
